Creative Commons, Free and Royalty Free Resources

Creative Commons allows use of material, including posting on the Internet, with a variety of permission types. Images, sound and other material may be used without any permission, some permission, or direct permission from the creator.

Creative Commons is different from copyrighted material which may not be used on the Internet without permission.

Creative Commons guidelines for use: ALWAYS check the Creative Commons license posted on all material for the type of credit you must give. There are 6 different types of licenses. Follow the guidelines for using each type appropriately.
